Letter of Experience - Rotational work schedule by shifts

Good day,
can anyone prompt me on how I indicate my work hours per week, if a have been working 2 weeks on/2 weeks off, 11 hrs/shift (not including lunch) - rotational schedule on a mine site. It is 154 hrs for 2 weeks. In average for 4 weeks it is 38.5 hrs/week. Shall I indicate 38.5 hours? Or I must write 154/2 weeks (I am afraid this might cause confusion to an immigration officer.

I also had problems with that, as I had an unstable work schedule. One week I could work for 10 hours per day, another week for 8 hours and because of it things were very confusing and I didn't know how to indicate my work hours per week. In my case, it happened because of the bad activity of HR. But, things changed after the employer begun to use schedule templates from tracktime24.com and since then I have a stable work plan. In your situation, I think, would be better to indicate the number of hours for 2 weeks, in order not to make things very confusing and try to explain your work activity.
