Letter of Employment Vs Employment Records?

Hi all,
Plowing through the documents, submission is getting close! FYI i'm already canada side, applying via CEC (was in the Jan 12? draw).

In my documents upoad list I've got a required 'letter of employment' as well as 'employment records'. I can click on more info for the employment records and it's exaclty what I expect. Letter / pay stubs etc.

That leaves me wondering what the 'letter of employment' is? There's no more information button.

Any suggestions?

Assuming you don't have an LMIA supported job, answer 'No' to the question about having a valid job offer. The document requirement will change.
