Letter of Employment dilemma

I am planning to apply thru Express Entry under FSW. One of the requirements once I receive an ITA is a Letter of Employment. Now my main concern is that the format will not be accepted by CIC as it is in general format (it simply mentioned I worked as <position> from 2009 to 2011).

The company closed last 2012 and now I am thinking of not mentioning that work experience since I will not be able to comply with the employment letter format.

I'm not sure. I don't think it will affect my points since the NOC I will use during application will be my current job (insurance adjuster / claims examiner). The previous job is only administrative job which I think will only fall under NOC C.

As long as u r not claiming any points for that experience, u can mention that in personal history
