Sorry if I need to repost this, just want to clarify about letter of employment
1. I can write the job letter since HR will not provide a detailed letter containing job responsibilities etc that IRCC is requiring, then I can have another manager (not the one I am directly reporting to) sign it as my manager is currently on leave for 2 months. Technically my manager has no direct back up, a number of managers are assigned to handle us. HR also wont sign the customized letter.
2. If yes on the above, I am worried that IRCC will call my company and say I am not a direct report of that manager who will sign my proof of employment and may think I am misrepresenting (I am not sure if Hr will say that the manager is on leave blah blah) -or will they care about this
3. For another case, my previous employer is asking for a recipient of the letter. Should it be IRCC?
Thanks. Sorry for too much granular questions.
