letter of employee vertification/ job offer for study permit

hi, my study permit was refused last time because 1- current employment 2-prospect of job. so this time I asked my employer to write a letter for me. however, upon reading it I feel like it's weird. can anyone here read it and give their opinion about it? thanks

Employee Verification Letter

This letter is to verify that .................... has been part of our clinic for the last 4 years. During the summers of 2016 and 2017, he worked as an intern and has been employed as a junior dentist in our Clinic since 01/11/2018. During Dr............... employment, He successfully treated the patients and provided advice and regular checkups for our patients.

We are aware of his decision to study at Algonquin College and fully support his decision. We have offered to rehire him upon his graduation and promote him to the senior dentist, which would increase his current wages from 2500$ to 4000$.

You could have listed the experience in a table format like title, start date, end Date. You could call is experience letter or roles and Responsibilities letter. 2nd Recommendations Letter in this always use business email ID and address. Anyone can use Gmail ID

Last time I applied it was rejected and one of the reason was job prospect in home country, so some people on here suggested I should get a job offer. Tbh I’m not sure about it.

As long as you are supplementing it, I don't see a problem. Sending the letter alone (plain writing) without proof won't hold.

When filling your SP application form, you are requested to provide proof of funds. If you click the little "?" next to this section, the following explanation/tips are provided to help you know what to submit as proof:

Temporary Residents
If you are visiting Canada, you must prove that you can support yourself and the family members who will be with you while you are in Canada. Provide as many of these documents as you can:

• your bank statements for the past four months
• a bank draft in convertible currency
• pay stubs
• an employment letter
• proof of assets or business
• proof of payment of tuition and accommodation fees
• tax reports, declarations or statements
• proof of a student/education loan from a financial institution
• a letter from the person or institution providing you with money
• proof of funding paid from within Canada, if you have a scholarship or are in a Canadian-funded educational program
