Letter of authorization

My sister got authorization letter on Jan and it expires on 7th July. During this time she could not visit me. Since rules are changed, now she is planning to visit me after 5th July from USA. Will there be any problem with authorization letter if she comes here on 6th July? Any idea?
If she comes, can she travel other province? (She is fully vaccinated)

How do rule changes effect her? It should not be a problem but CBSA always can deny entry.

Since letter of authorization expires on July 7 so I was just worried if it will be any problem or not if she comes her on july 6

It should not. Have quarantine plan in place and 3 day hotel quarantine booked too.

She is fully vaccinated and arriving on July 6 so that means she doesn't have to book hotel quarantine according to new rule. Am I right?
