Letter from CRA Proof of Residence

Hello Guys,

We got a letter from CRA asking for the proof of residence as we are getting Child Care Benefit.

I have collected all the letters from my landlords except 1. We were stayed in a basement for 8 months. When I tried to call him, he is not answering the call.

What I am planning to do is, I will write a letter to CRA and mention the address, contact number and Name of my Landlord and let CRA know this guys is not picking up the call. I have only my Credit Card Statement as a proof of address as all the utilities bill were billed to the house owner name.

Please let us know whether this will work or not?

Why don't you call CRA? Explain that you did not receive all the letters and request them to send back the letter that is missing.
