letter from CHC wherein asking of proof of funds plz reply urgently

Today i got letter from chc london and letter says

"we wish to advise you that the fee of 21597.04 which submitted in payment for the proof of funds(demand draft in canadian dollar with my name) has been returned yo you for the following reason.
it is not required for the processing of your application,
we now kindly request that you submit a replacement fee within 14 days your application will be closed.

My confusion is that i had check fromo CIC web site where they mentioned you can submit the demand draft as a proof of funds so now i have to submit bank statement ? or the statement i have to submit for last for months ? but the problems is i had submit the demand draft because the fund which came in my account in the month of feb so it will creat any problem for me plz tell me ?

It sounds to me that you didn't send the fee of $125.00 for the study permit. Nowhere on the CIC site is instructions to submit the demand draft to show proof of funds. You submit a bank statement. read the instructions for the Visa office where you are applying.

Neverz, I can assure you that no embassy ask demand draft as a prove to show available funds in your account. Bank statement is what all VO willing to see.

1. Yes, there is a one provision for the demand draft (as a proof of financial capacity) on the CIC website, but it's simply "useless" to follow the instructions of CIC website on study permit application/procedure. The best (and the only) option is to follow instructions of the CHC where you are applying.

thank you gyz for you advise now here is the situation i had submit my bank statement and as well as my bank draft $21550.04 which i had made for to take with my self canda if i ll get the visa also i had get the confirmation from my bank wherein they duly confirmed with stamp and signature that they had issue me this amount of draft from my account so it will be ok because till date in my account i dont have any sufficent funds because i had made the draft which is mentioned in my bank statement.

2- one more thing i need to ask some money my brother transfer in my account for my education expenses so they will ask any quistion on it or i have to prepare anything if they will ask about who is this person and why he is giving you money?
