Letter from Canadian HC,Islamabad to show intent for interest in immigration

Dear all immigration gurus out there in the forum, it is humbly stated that I
applied for Skilled workers category (code 0611) in Sept.06, received AOR in Oct,06.

Now I received letter from Canadian HC, Islamabad requesting to conform my
continued interest in immigrating to Canada or reply within 90 days for refund of
appplication fees.

Well the letter is self explanatory and clear . My intention is for retention in the
immigration process.

I wana clear out from you guys in the froum weather the pre 27 Feb,2008 back
log is being expedited .

Does this letter shows that my case is in near future going to be processed? If
this the case, then how long will they take up my case for processing?

You will porcess accourding rules your time of apply. New rules wont effect any your application. About how long will take, you can check trackitt.com for time line .
