Letter from Buffalo with bar codes! What next?

I'm apply for PR to live with my hubby in Canada and just received a letter from Buffalo stating that no additional documents are needed, medical results have been received, and no interview required as of yet. The back side of the letter has the PR fee info circled.
The second paper had information about the attached bar codes and when they request my passport. What does this mean? Are we near having it completed? If anyone has a timeline or a list of what comes next that would be great!

It means they want to issue you the PR visa as soon as you pay the fee and submit your passport. Send a copy of the fee payment receipt with the passport.

Do they send another letter explaining where to send the passport after we pay the PR fee?

Another quick question. Does my husband have to pay the fees, and if so, does he send them to Buffalo or to Mississauga? I see a lot of people have sent it to Mississauga when they paid early. When he tried to do it to Buffalo, it just redirected him to the Buffalo site with nowhere to go. I'm also confused by what this says on Buffalo's site:

Fees must be paid to Mississauga and I believe some people also fax a copy to Buffalo as well.

We mailed our application in the last week of October, and husband received letter approving him for sponsorship on Nov 29. It took until December 31st for Buffalo to update and start processing (they received my medical results by this time too). And then we got the letter yesterday, Jan 22 requesting payment.
I made sure to be specific on the application about when we met and things we have done, etc. I probably included only about 10-15 photos of us from vacations and our wedding, and made sure to label them with a date and description. I also sent some tickets of things we did together.
It feels like forever to be away from him but I'm optimistic that it's going fairly quickly compared to the estimated times online.

Sorry it took me a while to reply back. I just now saw a small link "Show New Replies To Your Posts". It used to take me forever to look through all these conversations trying to find the one that i posted on. I dont feel very smart right now.

Well just to let eveyone know, my application is almost done, and it looks like we will be sending it to the Canadian Office on mid March.

Had the landed fee being paid upfront, it would have been just over their record 3 month processing time. But not bad at all regardless!.

My wife has received such a letter as well, only difference is, we already paid the RPRF. They stated that they should be able to finalize our app without an interview and gave us barcode stickers. They also said no additional documents were necessary at this time.

Mississauga hasn't even processed our payment yet and we sent it on the 23rd of Jan.
