Sent our passports on 22nd april 2011. Eagerly waiting.

In my medical letter, there is a line written "Passport request at this time does not guarantee a visa" Is it normal, I mean is it written in all the letters, please share.

Yes, I believe that is something normal. I see the same note in the letter we received requesting passports, Meds, RPRF.

Does CHC ND sends receipt or acknowledgement for RPRF when they receive it? And if yes, in how many days approx. Also, if someone can tell how long they take after sending passports and RPRF. Please share.

HI Vishesh,

Yes, CHC ND does send receipt for your RPRF as soon as they recieve. In my case, receipt was generated in 3 days after it reached CHC ND office. Though I got the original in a week after that in mail.
