LETS SHARE Personal Assets and Finances/purpose of visit

I got rejected in June for Will not leave Canada based on personal asset and financial status /Purpose of visit. I intend to reapply next month and I want to share with you all what I intend to do so that I can be advised. I am from Cameroon .I have 4 years of working experience as a high school sports teacher in the public service. My highest qualification in sports diploma .I got accepted to do BA in sports at Bishops University Quebec.i am 26years old.my tuition is 16000-18000cad .I have accepted offer and paid tuition deposit of 350cad and have a scholarship of 5000cad.

Unfortunately I didn't include my bank statement in my previous application but rather that of my sponsor who is my father. I have two solutions to this problem but I don't no which is the best approach
- I want to provide my bank statement from my bank showing 22000cad which will cover remaining tuition for 1 year +living expenses. My sponsor is showing 30000cad to cover 2 -3 year tuition for the 4th year I will apply for permanent residence and I think tuition will be lesser and easy to pay.

OR
- I want to apply for a student loan of 30000cad from my bank where my salary account is affiliated . my salary will be able to pay my loan to the bank for less than6 years.

I intend to write a stronger study plan . Please can anyone out there help me with a strong study plan affiliated to sports

I believe, submitting education loan sanction letter on bank's letter head with duly signed and stamped is better option for you. In addition, you should obtain GIC of CAD 10K and submit it's copy with your visa application. If possible, get a financial certificate of your household income (mentioning movable and immovable assets) from Charted Accountant and attach necessary proofs.

Not to mention, any document that you submit as proof of finance, should be drawn on financial institution's letter head and should be duly signed and stamped. Don't just download online documents and submit printouts with visa application. Many folks commit this mistake. Strictly avoid this.
