I have a very important question regarding my visa file up.
A friend of my dad has agreed to sponsor me and he has given me his bank statement on which there are almost 20 million dollars.
can he sponsor me???????????
can I write in the form that he is my maternal unlce???????(in reality he isnt)
plz plz plz answer this ...as this is very important for me.

So Sorry to see your eagerness to find solutions this way. Visa officers are very smart and they have lakhs of applications to approve so please make sure this in you mind that they don't give damn to those cases where supporting look manipulated.

Here things don't work like Indian corrupted ways, where we all are born with this talent of Jugaad.

I can suggest you to only choose "SPP" program, i.e you need a bank loan for your education and living expenses (8-10lakh) is probably enough to prove immigration officers and you will get the VISA in 15days. It is not mandatory that you need to show disbursement of loan you can just provide letter of approval.

Proof of financial support

You must prove that you can support yourself and the family members who accompany you while you are in Canada. You can prove that you have sufficient funds to support yourself in Canada by showing some of the following:

proof of a Canadian bank account in your name if money has been transferred to Canada;
proof of a student/education loan from a financial institution;
your bank statements for the past four months;
a bank draft in convertible currency;
proof of payment of tuition and accommodation fees;
a letter from the person or institution providing you with money; and
proof of funding paid from within Canada if you have a scholarship or are in a Canadian-funded educational program.

Yes you can. But you must have to show your home ties and financial strength......as if you make sponser you dad's friend then obviously its show that you have no enough money and your financial strength is week and its risk that this thing VO convinced that your will not leave Canada by the end of your study. but about my thinking its all depend upon your over all profile........if you got admission in a good university and good course,your academic grade is good then not metter all other things.
