Less Points because of IELTS result - PMM Qorax - req ur opinion/s pls.

Hi to all Seniors & PMM, Qorax ,
before I wrote one post in this forum but no respond more, but my situation is : If I calculate my IELTS bands points will be awarded 11 , total points will be 62, (if i calculate my points 67 with high language score) now my e-case is "in-process", I submitted IELTS 6bands results, after 1month of submission IELTS result the VO send me request to submit document atleast minimum of 15pages and not >30pages which created by me only for any company or press release or published any magazine books etc. I submited that document last week which I made for my company IT technical documentation with 25pages.
still e-case is in-process.
I get respond in my last post here that chances will 90% for process my file from one OP.
my NOC 0213 Old NOC.
my lawyer told me now IELTS is compulsory, before it was not compulsory with old rules and with OLD NOC's, even my lawyer told me VO ask to look for evidence for language ability becasue I have less bands in IELTS.
Please guide me what are the chances to get PR visa.
all seniors or if person in the same situation please write some your tips, it will be great help for me.

1. You submitted both an IELTs and a written precis of your English ability? Seems weird that the VO would request an expansion on your English writing ability when you submitted an IELTs. It would appear that the VO is giving you a 2nd chance (very very rare) .

my points here it is:
Simple 4years (12+4) Graduate Engineering (BE.computer): 20 (may be 21 total 16years?)
Age: 10
Experience under NOC 0213 , 12years 4months when applied : 21
IELTS: L: 6.0 R: 5.0 W: 6.0 S: 7.0 I guess total: 10


Worked in Greece 1year, Egypt 1year, Italy 6years Working in USA since last 4years and 8months, never worked in India home country.
after graduation got job in Greece then transfer to Egypt then got job in Italy and move from Italy to USA on H1B.
I worked with all ISO certified companies and manage team of IT over > 100 people, all certificates , experience etc submitted , even flow chart of my designation from all companies also submitted with full docs.
I worked as, Network Manager, IT Manager, new title now working as Asst. Director of IT (reputed company With US$20.2 trillion in assets under company custody, management administration assets under US$3Trillions) after submition of my full documents, now manage team of IT near about >260 people.
Good salary but job is not secure due-to still I don't get Green Card and process is slow, I dont know after my 6years time limit of the H1B, if I get Green card then its good but if I dont get GC then problem for me. thats why I choose canada immigration as backup plan and now I wanna settle down for my family and future.

I submitted IELTS with Full docs, and then I got 2nd AOR after 1month, after that they send me letter for evidence proof, letter is too simple and seal of buffalo embassy and written under language ability to submit the evidence, they chekmark rest of thing looks like ok or they checked and finished may be background security checks.

ok, it means you have good work experience and VO gave you a chance for that only.

I wonder, if you have worked ISO certified companies and managing team of over 100 people, that to in United states, how come your english is little weak?

This is just a curiosity to me and the same would be to the VO hence; he/she asked you to submit a documentation prepared by you in english.

Bro, you are very lucky. In most cases they don't give a second chance.


Now, it is difficult to say at this stage. Usually, they don't ask for such things when IELTS is submitted.

I think VO wants to grant visa.

because I worked 6years in Italy, completely in italian language, manage everything in italian language only. so, I lost controll over the english, and I dont know about IELTS exam format, I just appeared 2times, speaking is always high but rest of sections is not score well.

Buddy, I understand but, I did not mean to doubt on your skill... What I meant was, the doubt in VO's mind.

btw wat's ur Visa office? Delhi or Buffalo?

Buffalo NY is my visa office, even me too strange, I never read this kind of post here in this forum, I submitted technical documentation which is created by me for my current company, its nice technical documentation created by me only. I also mentioned website link where the VO can look online technical documentation in PDF format which I created near about 600 pages, I also sent cover letter that VO only can access those webpages which link will forwarded to look out my documentations only (I sent confidencial userID and password for VO by my company valid for 6months, read only rights for that user) I guess VO will satisfy viewing/compare those documents hard copy and soft copy on company's website.
Lets see , whats in VO's mind, I will sure update when I get some update on my e-case.
but may be it will work otherwise why VO ask for some documentation, I guess this options are very rare with OLD applications under old NOC (my is 0213).
