LEON need help plz...Regarding CWP. Worried.

Hi all,
Having received a work permit rejection letter from CIC, i came back to India only to receive a closed work permit from CIC after 6 months of my application as they reviewed my application. I lost my job as a full time employee as my company couldn't wait any more than 2 months for me to come back. But now that i have got a closed work permit, my company is ready to hire me. But as they don't have a full time position they are offering me a part time position on the same closed work permit.

I am already nominated under the PNP program and i have already submitted a visa application 3 months back. But now my concern is whether the immigration officer in Canada would grant me an entry based on my part time job offer? I applied for visa when i was still having a full time job and now the conditions have changed. What can i do? Please advice.

P.S: The new job offer letter doesn't change my occupation, place and company. Its just a different position in a different department.

You need a new LMO and a new work permit. You will be working illegally if you use the closed work permit you have now.

So, i need a new PNP even if the occupation doesn't change? Other thing is, my Canadian room-mate got my work permit and couriered it to me in India. I received it safely. do i still need a new work permit? How is it illegal if i have a closed work permit issued by the Govt of Canada until the 21st of June, 2015. Won't a part time job offer letter be enough to grant me new PNP letter? i have already applied for an extension. So, if they go through my file, i assume they will sure call my employer and come to know about my situation. So, what if i am still granted a new PNP letter based on this new offer letter?
