Lenient Port of Entry-where they exempt Vehicle Duty,Taxes

Hello Everyone,

I am moving to BC in early November and importing my vehicle by driving there. The vehicle is not listed on the B4 Goods to follow form.

I called the Canadian customs office and they said its up to the discretion of the officer at the port of entry if they want to exempt any taxes.

I was wondering if anyone know which port of entry in BC, the officer are lenient and would exempt taxes. Please share any experiences importing vehicle on your own.
