We have a received four times an email stating that we need to reply with our information (name, email, date/port of last entry, etc) and like most people, it does seem legitimate however we have received it four times. Has this happened to anyone else? The email address is IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC@cic.gc.ca
We were a bit cautious as on the government website it says the email with link to the portal page and it doesn't. Has anyone else had it happen like this? It's almost every day we are getting a reminder even though we are replying.
