Hello all, i am PA and my wife is sponser. my wife's legal name is changed after getting married with me. When she applied for her PR, she applied with old name and we were not married. Now, can she sponser with current card ( with old name on it) ? Or she has to apply for new PR card first with new legal name and once she received card , she can sponser me? Anyone can please answer? It would be appreciated.
