Dear Members.
I have been seperated for more than 2 yrs but not legally filed for a Divorce. I have filed Express Entry as Legally Separated and recently received an LOI for one of the PNP and now confused what document should i demonstrate within 45 days of time period for submitting the application.
*Can I file immediately for a divorce and show these documents received from court saying the process has begun
*or is it possible to change marital status to married again saying he wont be accompanying
PS : I have a 5 yr daughter as dependent
