I am Dutch and I have been living in New Zealand since 2014.
I have been working towards immigrating to Canada for some time now.
Ideally I would like to immigrate in 2019.
Situation is that I am legally separated, I can't divorce until I am separated for 2 years.
I have a new partner, I can proof being in a relationship for 12 months with her.
- Is it possible to immigrate with my new partner to Canada while still being married (Legally Separated)?
- Would there be additional complications for my new partner being from Colombia?
Thank you in advance for the replies.
