Hello,
I've submitted my PR application (nominated through Manitoba PNP), month after that a company I've worked for loses several big clients and my boss was offered a good job and he decided to close the company.
I've been given a choice to instead of closure of company to transfer whole company to me, so I'll be complete owner (or the only shareholder I guess as it's Ltd.) and will be continuing working there.
It's viable as I'm software developer and can easily work online and pay myself salary, taxes from salary, all company expenses, accounting etc. and even after all those payment I'll be earning more if I would had local work.
But I'm wondering how likely it'll work, won't it raise some red flag and my temporary work visa will be revoked or PR application denied because of that.
Alternative is seems to be to find employer who will do LMIA for me, however I'll be losing about 2 times in salary comparing to what I can earn online (even minus all expenses) plus don't know what's better for PR application - to keep working in the same company (where I'll be an owner) or right after submitting PR application to switch employer
Please let me know what do you think about it.
Thank you!
