Hii legalfalcon . My app for ee under federal skilled worker has been refused for pof . I hold two bank accounts and have submitted account statements of both accounts. I made neft transfer of amount equal to 9000 cad from one account to another .The same transaction number made on same date reflects in the statements of both the accounts that I submitted.i recieved this amount from the sale of my vehicle, submitted sale agreement. Cheque of payment. After this I transferred this amount to my another account but did not provide an explanation but The same transaction number made on same date reflects in the statements of both the accounts that I submitted.in the submitted statements it is clear one of my account gets debited and anothe accoun gets credited with the same amount of money ,on the same date with same transaction number. Can you please lodge a case for judicial review and leave for me? Are there any chances that i will get positive outcome from the federal court?
