Do we need to provide a residence card to prove the legality of staying within the country of application? My wife is of different nationality and she's staying in my country of citizenship with a legal residence permit, however it says on the card that she's not eligible for work. She has been working as self employed with a major company but without business incorporation documents.
Is it fine to not upload the residence card as all what's needed is a travel document?
