We are from India and my spouse name is changed post our wedding with my name as her surname. We have the wedding certificate as a legal document where it is highlighted we are married. We are having her passport as surname as my name in it.
Name before wedding: Archana M
Name in Passport: Archana Rajesh Kumar (Rajesh Kumar is surname)
Do the wedding certificate, birth certificate with her father name and copy of passport is ok to upload as proof for the Legal Name Change supporting doc in ITA?
Also if any LOE needed for this purpose? Kindly suggest.
