My International passport has my maiden name because I had it before I got married last year.
I changed the name on my National ID card to my husband’s surname and did a Newspaper publication to back up the name change. I was able to change my names in the banks in Nigeria.
Do I need to attach a SWORN AFFIDAVIT for the “Legal Name Change Doc.” ? (Post ITA)
OR
Would a Letter of Explanation, National ID and Newspaper publication suffice ?
PS: I am Nigerian but not living in Nigeria.
