Legal Name Change Doc.

I recently got married (2015).

In the PR application in Personal details section there is a question: Has this person ever used any other name?
I marked Yes and stated I had another (sur)name before marriage.

When I marked this, in the document's section appears a segment Document: Legal Name Change Doc.
"You indicated you have another name. You must provide information on the use of this other name (such as a letter of explanation, legal documents of a name change, etc)."

I already uploaded Marriage certificate in the Marriage certificate section where there is clearly visible that I used this name before. Also this (sur)name is on my Diploma's etc.
Should I just put a LOE in this section explaining that I took my husband's surname or I need to provide something else?

i am having the same doubt .. do we need to upload marriage certificate again? as name change document? what you did in your case. Request you to reply.
