Hi,
My fiance sent off his immigration package on June 1st 2010 to immigrate to Canada. In July he was contacted by a police officer and told that he has to come down to the station due to a fight he had got in in months before during a basketball game. We had thought nothing had came of it. He then ended up going to court over the fight and was given a criminal discharge. My question is, what do we have to inform immigration of now that this has happened. We have not yet received any information back from immigration in regards to the pack that he sent off. It has been exactly six months since we had sent the package off.
