4131 (17 Months) Full time.
5136, 5244 (6 Months) full time
4121 (6 Months full time)
6211,6233 (3 yrs full time)

Thanks visa expert , but did you notice i have only one code match with 38 list so how i can get 38 points.

You don't get 38 points for work experience. The maximum points you can get for work experience is 21 and you get that for 4 years or more. You have 4 years or more and your NOC's are all skilled so they all count.

You only need 1 year in an occupation from the 38 list to qualify under category 1 and you have that with 4131.
