has anyone been in a situation where you submitted your spousal sposorship application first where all the documents for the principal applicant (wife) has all her name using her maiden name?
then after you get your new passport you request for a legal change of name. in the philippines it takes a long time to get a new passport. so i decided to submit our application first, then change it later on.
my question is this:
when do you request for name change? before linking? or after linking your application? or after medical? or after PCC request?
where do you email for the change? IRCC? or Manila VO?
