Lecturer Jobs In Canada

I have 6 years of experience as a Lecturer in Engineering College in India and Overseas.
Is it possible to get the similar type of Lecturer jobs in College or Schools in Canada?
Please help me in this regard

It will be next to impossible to find this kind of job as a foreign worker.

If you have PR, then it will be somewhat easier - although likely still difficult.
