Can anyone help me regarding how to optain the transcripts from the Lebanese University?
I currently live outside Lebanon but my sister in Lebanon went to the Lebanese university to ask for the grades sheet and transcripts on my behalf.
They were able to issue the grades sheet but not the transcripts as they changed the old system into a new one.
What can be done in that case?
