Leaving USA while Canadian Spouse visa is in process

Hi Friends,
I am on H1B in USA and applied for spouse visa for Canada.
My wife is in Canada having PR.
Well things are going bad in usa and I have to go back to India.
I applied for Spouse visa in Jan, 2009 and it is approved from Mississauga, ON and forwarded to Buffalo.

So my questions is what will happen to my case as I move to India?
How much delay it can cost? Please guide me through this situation?

You will need to notify Buffalo of your move to India, and they will transfer your file to New Delhi. It will cause a delay, but basically just for transit time.
