Leaving the country for three months on a temporary work permit

Hi all

I am currently in Canada on a 2 year work permit and I would like to go on a 3 month vacation overseas. Would there be any problems with me re-entering Canada after being away for 3 months? I'm not sure if they frown upon being away for so long while you're on a work permit.

I have it written into my contract that I get up to 3 months of unpaid leave every year.
