Leaving Canada without TRV but have legal work permit for 2 years.

Hello,

I have a question. I am an indian international student currently working in canada, i have been approved for PNP as well and my permanent residence application is in process. I hold a work permit valid till 2017.
I have an emergancy to go back to india. But i don't have TRV to come back to canada. If i apply here it would take me 1.5 month to get TRV accirding to current processing times.

I wanted to know if i can apply my TRV from my home country to come back to canada again. Because i have a valid work permit and working as full time permanent employee.

ease help me out with best of your knowledge.

Please gather every neccesary document u will need for the trv aplication while in canada togethr before you leave to
india and apply as soon as u arrive.
