I'm April applicant in EE, single, inside of Canada, no dependants. Here is my timeline:
ITA- April 10 (FST)
Application submitted - April 17
AOR - April 17
Medical done - April 17
Medical passed - May 29
Document request - ( CELPIP results) - 01 June

Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Background check In Progress ( from 2 June)
ECAS - still two lines, "we received you application at ... ", " medical result received at..."

I will plan to leave Canada at 2nd August or 1-2 weeks early. I'm going to Europe for my weeding, and probably I stay there for couple months. My weeding date is end of August.I make a three different scenario for my because it's hard to say what can be happen. I saw some people applied before me and still be in process, also some people applied after me and get a PPR. There is no straight rule,so its hard to predict anything for sure.

1) If I get a PPR in next two weeks, I will send it them, and when they mail it back to me I make a landing on border between Alberta and Montana. After that I can left normally Canada and wait for my PR Card in Europe ( I know that I cant come back to Canada without PR Card but I'm living with friend, who is going to Europe in winter time, so he can bring it for me). Later, after weeding, I should have inform CIC that I move to Europe, change my marital status and I can start filing the papers to sponsorship my spouse.
2) but If I get a PPR later than next two weeks but before my weeding, I can't send my passport to Ottawa because I need it to make my travel back in August. So in this case a make a contact with CIC Ottawa, and request to change my visa office for outside of Canada - Warsaw (Poland). Probably I have to also inform them, that I want to intend get married soon, so I can't finalize my application as single, because time for send passport is 45 days. Next,my application will be suspended till they don't finish background check and analyze a medical results for my spouse. After that We get a PPR from Warsaw, send it and wait for Confirmation of PR. Then we have to make a landing together before my medical results will be expired.
3) If I get a PPR after weeding, I have to add my wife to application, enclose a marriage certificate, her medical exam, police certificate, all forms etc. Then, exactly like I wrote early, my application is stopped till they don't finish with her.

Please experts for advice and check if my guesses are right. I want to be sure as much I can if everything goes smoothly and correctly.
Any suggest or comments are welcome.

I also think that second option will be best for me. I heard that adding a spouse when application is in process is easier and faster then making a sponsorship after.

Can you do that in ee? Wont that effect your points bcoz you are adding spouse and you need to include her details in app. Or is it a special case for those who get married while the lr is in process. Can you add spouse afterwards lets say you only apply as married but alone to get high points. But later when app is in process, you include spouse with no negative consequence.
