Hello guys

I have a question regarding my situation in Canada. I arrive in Canada on the 26 Dec. ( three days ago ), and I was planning to start my study this winter, however the school informed us that the study will be online for at least half this semester and I really do not like online study. My question is if I deferred my admission until fall 2022, and I left the country, and came back in the fall, will there be any problems?

i have already received my Study permit and my visa and study permit will not expire until the end of next year.

second question, when do I have to leave Canada, the last day to defer the semester is 21 Jan. So I want to wait a little to see if there might be some changes regarding online study. If for example I defer my study on the 15 January, when do I have to leave Canada ? Like if I left at the end of January, will there be any problems with the immigration when I come back in the fall ?

thank you very much

You can leave any time as long as you finalize you deferral. On your arrival next year, you need to have proof of deferral or updated LOA or Re-enrollment letter from your DLI. If you SP expires next year, you'll apply for the extension. To be on the safe side, notify IRCC about your deferral to avoid automatic 150days absence from studies.
