I am a dual citizen with two passports from Africa , if i apply my PRV with one and land it there can i leave Canada with the other passport? because my destination I would like to go after i land Canada does not accept my passport I used for my Permanent VISA application.

Will the Border control officer ask me for the original passport i used for Canadian entry, or the PRC card is sufficient

There is no exit control in Canada so you can use any passport you wish. When you return, you will have to enter with your PR and passport associated to that one.

Will the immigration officer ask me where i came from, because they may get suspicious when they don't see any visas or stamps on the passport?

If it comes to the notice of an immigration officer, it will be a problem and you will need to explain it to IO. It is very likely an IO will notice because this is part of the job of an IO.

Most likely you will be asked where you come from, every time my partner ( who is Canadian) was coming back to Canada he got asked as a "routine" question where he was coming from. So best is to have both passports ready and if asked for it, explain the case - you're traveling on one passport to a country because the other one is not allowed etc. I don't think it should be a problem as it's a fairly common thing for people to have dual nationality, and in some countries, if you hold the nationality of the country you HAVE to use that passport, even if you have another nationality.
You could call CBSA and ask them the question if you are worried.
Good luck,
Sweden

They generally won't give you trouble on your return for not having entry/exit stamps from the previous country. The reasons are well explained by Sweden. As stated, just make sure you have both if/when asked about it.

This has worried me, when I have PR i can't apply for a Canadian passport yet so my only passport will be a US one. So if I cross into the US and when they ask where I live and I say Ontario and my husband does too, should that cause trouble? Sorry guys, yes I am a worrywart.

Shouldn't be a problem at all. In your case however, you should look into getting a NEXUS card, it's $50 and valid for 5 years. (Assuming there's a NEXUS lane at your most convenient border crossing.)

You BOTH will need one (assuming you will travel together), as ALL passengers in said vehicle MUST be carrying a NEXUS card to be allowed to use the NEXUS lane.

Yup, he's looking into it too, we make many crossings so makes sense. We have discussed it quite a bit. We cross so much, they recognize us. :p

Uh-huh, and with a NEXUS card, they may not even stop you to say "Hi" . . . just wave you right through!

Nice, especially when it is a holiday, we've had a six+ car wait.
