Leaving Canada in a week after landing

There is some situation due to which I may want to return in a week and stay for few more months... may be even an year before I move to Canada permanent. What are the rules here? Is it OK?

Nothing decided, I am just exploring options. I checked CIC website and their only condition is that you have to be in Canada for 2 years in rolling 5 years to maintain your PR status.

yes, you could leave without any issues. But you need to have some address where you can receive your PR card in canada. May be friends or relative's address. You could come back with that card any time in next 5 years.
Otherwise also you could come in by applying PRTD document.
Only obligation is , you need to have at least remaining 2 years in your hand to meet the obligation of PR
