Hi guys,

I am traveling back home to the Philippines in September 2016 back to Canada on October 2016. (I have tickets already)
I am a September applicant only waiting for PPR.
2nd BOWP Approved in March 15 2016 so I currently have an Active work permit.

My concern is if I land (God knows when, after I get PPR and COPR) is if my PR CARD will arrive on time before I leave.
So I'm thinking Is it possible to bring all my COPR and just land when I am entering back to Canada from the Philippines in October?
Or will I have issues from Philippine immigration before I leave the Philippines since it says on the BOWP - not valid for re-entry. Or will the COPR be good enough?

Suggestions please.

Currently PR card processing time is 54 days so, depending on when you land perhaps you can get PR card before travel.

If you come back with WP should be OK as far you have visa if you're not from a exempt Country.

If you're going to land when coming back, with COPR and Passport, is OK

if you landed before go to this trip and didn't get PR card, you have to apply for travel documents in Philippines (I don't know how long it take) or go to US and cross the border walking or in a car (COPR and Passport is OK).

Everything depends on when you'll get COPR, you should decide if it's worth to land before your travel or wait to land when coming back from Philippines.

In my case I get COPR in January, having a trip booked for March, so I waited to land in March
