Bridging Visa application sent 13th October
- If we leave Canada before the bridging visa is processed, are we still eligible?
Unfortunately no. My husband's BOWP has been refused because "no longer in Canada". But according the posts in this forum, still there are some people's BOWP were approved in same situation. So it's not a sure thing, but very risky.
