Hello everybody,
My name is Joaquín and I'm an international student in Montreal.
My question derives from a complex situation regarding entry visas.
My girlfriend has been accepted in an university here in Montreal, she has also received her CAQ (Quebec's acceptance certificate) and has already started the study permit application process. She is planning to go to New York shortly while she expects her study permit to be processed. However, she holds dual citizenship Italian and Argentine. She has been a worker for the past 2 years with an Canadian open work permit issued to her Argentine passport, which expires at the end of August 2015. And she plans to go to the States with her Italian passport, which has never been used, but right now she doesn't have an US visa in her Argentine passport.
Would you say she can be denied entrance to Canada when she comes back?
Thank you very much in advance.
Joaquín
