Hi, my friend has the oath next week, and he plans to fly in to participate. Is there any problem in asking to deliver the citizenship certificate to his friend (the friend forward it to him later) and departing the next day after the oath ? Is there any restriction in boarding a departing plane before the end of 14 days quarantine (he’s not vaccinated)?
