hello everyone.am june 30 2017 applicant i just wanted to know for how long a pr sponsor can be outside of canada during the spousal process i have been in canada since i applied for my husband i just want some info for future if i ever wanted to go out..
Whats the maximum a pr can stay out during the spousal process
Do they really reject the cases directly if stayed longer ?
any one familiar with?

There is no set time but generally no more than a few weeks.

Yes, they do refuse apps where the PR sponsor stays out of Canada longer.
