I am a recent permanent resident that landed in Ontario, but is now moving to Montreal. I'm looking to learn french and I've heard of the government sponsored courses, including CLINC and provincial ones I'm more interested in the provincial ones because there is an opportunity to study online at www.francisationenligne.gouv.qc.ca .
Does anyone have experience with this program? Am I eligible if I don't have a CSQ (I landed in Ontario)? The requirements on there website state that if you're studying throughout the world you need a CSQ, but if you're in quebec you just need to have an eligible immigration status.
