LCP - I can't reach my agency ? Do they exist ?

Hi All,

I've been trying to talk with my agency about my situation and maybe finding a new employer.
But they haven't answered to my questions !! and when I call them there are no one who answers it.

How can I know if they exist ? I feel so lost now
