I cannot find a thread about LCG applicants from Manila so I am starting a thread just in case someone can help me with some questions.
My sister in law is applying as LCG. She already have LMO and signed contract. She is direct hire. When she call CEM call center, the agent said she pay work permit fee and visa handling fee. But I read in CEM website that if you apply work permit, if your aplication is approved then you get TRV automatic. I keep telling my sister in law not to pay for any agency fee because and I think the visa handling fee is like agency fee but she did not go thru agency because she is direct hire.
I hope someone can share their experience with me so I can update my sister in law before her LMO expire.
