Hello, I am travelling to Canada from Germany and my passport is stamped with COPR (normal FSW, not Quebec Provincial nominee). My flight is from Germany to Montreal, and after a short layover, from Montreal to Toronto (my final destination). Are there visa related troubles that would face at the Montreal airport (since I was accepted through FSW)? Should I cancel my flight and instead travel straight to Toronto?

I have also heard that FSW nominees should not enter through Quebec. Is this information accurate?

There's no issue flying into Montreal first.

Note that your landing formalities will take place in Montreal (not Toronto). So make sure you have a long enough layover to accommodate this.
