layoff at NS center

Dear friends,
I have applied to NS this march.How much days will it take to get AOR? I am in the process of gathering documents I have some queries about documents needed under fsw1 category for new delhi visa office.They are listed as below.
1. I wish to claim points for my spouse diploma education and dont have the original transcripts.Therefore if I submit notarized copies of all marksheets yearwise and also diploma certificate , will it be accepted in place of original transcripts in university sealed envelopes?
2. For work experience ,I am having experience letter from my past and current employers with duties,annual income,work duration etc on company letterhead, but donot have appointment/ contract letter for the same. Is experience letter sufficient or appointment/contract letter are also compulsarily reqd. whether I should attach salary slips or proofs also?

Also I read on March applicant thread that due to layoff at NS center processing would be delayed for march applicants.Kindly comment on this specially seniors Qorax,rocky,wilson

Hi,
I also have a similar question:
My university does not provide English transcripts. We need to have our transcripts translated and then the university will send the translated transcripts in university sealed envelopes.

The question is since full docs to VO must be sent in a single package, will the VO accept notarized translation of transcripts which is not in university sealed envelops or shall I order my transcripts to be sent by university as a separate package?
