Layoff after one year!

Hello ,

I got layoff from my company for financial problem in the company,after one year of working.
I am holding post graduate open work permit
I applied for AINP Aug 6th 2013 and they received my medical results on Nov, 7th 2013

what should I do in such situation? leave every thing as it is? or shall I contact AINP and let them know what happened?
any similar cases as my case out here?

what are the options I have to continue this file to process?

If you have a valid open work permit...start looking for work...find new employer and start working..alberta has lots of jobs...I dont think that you need to let AINP know about it...I am assuming your file is already with CIC..for PR...
