No, I am doing it myself. Express Entry is a online system and you can update your entry in the forms if something is incorrectly entered, unlike before. I do not see a need for a lawyer unless you have some specific issues like health, criminal charges, etc in which case a lawyer with his experience and know-how can help your case; otherwise, you can read the instructions and fill the details yourself.
